1. Subscriptions & billing cycles
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis — monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each cycle until you cancel.
2. Free trials
If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan and the applicable fee is charged.
3. Cancellations
- You may cancel at any time from your billing settings or by contacting us.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law.
4. Refunds
- Monthly plans: generally non-refundable once a cycle has begun.
- Annual plans: you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal; after 14 days, fees are non-refundable.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: refunded in full upon verification.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
5. Downgrades & plan changes
Upgrades take effect immediately and may be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Reducing seats or plan tier may remove access to certain features or data beyond the new plan’s limits.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry and may suspend access until payment succeeds. Prolonged non-payment may result in cancellation.
7. Taxes
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; refunds exclude non-recoverable taxes where applicable.
8. How to request a refund
Email billing@hostagencyai.com from your account email with your organization name and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
