Our story
Built by agency people, for agency people
We lived the problem for years before we built the answer.
We spent years running and working inside agencies, stitching together a CRM, a time tracker, an invoicing tool, a file share and endless spreadsheets. Context lived everywhere and nowhere. Reporting meant late nights exporting CSVs.
Host Agency AI is our answer: a single operating system where every part of the business connects. Time flows into invoices, invoices into analytics, and an AI assistant quietly handles the busywork in between.

The idea
Frustrated by juggling a CRM, a timer, an invoicing app and a dozen spreadsheets, our founders sketched the first version of one connected workspace for agencies.
2024
Launch
Host Agency AI shipped to its first hundred agencies with clients, projects, time tracking and invoicing — all in a single, fast place.
2025
Scaling up
