A typical day starts on your terms: catch up on written updates, sink into a few hours of deep work, and sync with teammates when it actually helps. We default to docs over meetings, and outcomes over hours online.
Twice a year we gather in person to plan, build, and simply enjoy each other's company. The rest of the year, our written culture keeps everyone — across 14 countries — in the loop and in flow.
