This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the Host Agency AI platform (the “Service”). It supplements our Terms of Service. We may update it to address new risks.

1. Prohibited activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
  • Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service or its security.
  • Gain unauthorized access to other accounts, organizations, or data.
  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk communications.
  • Store or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or hateful.
  • Upload sensitive categories of data the Service is not designed for (e.g. government-issued IDs, full payment card data, or protected health information) unless expressly permitted.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its APIs.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted by your plan.
  • Misuse the AI assistant to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.

2. Fair use & limits

Plans may include usage limits (seats, storage, AI usage). You agree not to circumvent these limits or use automated means to exceed them. We may apply rate limits to protect platform stability.

3. Security responsibilities

  • Keep credentials confidential and use strong, unique passwords.
  • Promptly report suspected vulnerabilities to security@hostagencyai.com.
  • Do not conduct security testing against the Service without our prior written consent.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required.

5. Reporting abuse
